wine 1) Beaurempart Grand Reserve Rouge

The Cabernet Sauvigonon and Merlot grapes have ripened wonderfully in the Mediterranean climate. This red wine from Languedoc has fine aromas of plums, green pepper and blackcurrants. And very subtly soft vanilla. Full generous taste, small pepper, vanilla and toffee with a soft aftertaste.

After maturing on the lees (yeast sediment), the wine is bottled.

Grapes: sauvignon blanc, colombard & gros manseng
