Description
Great French wines. Wines from Burgundy and the Loire. Famous names and top quality. 3 white wines and 3 red wines.
- Louis Jadot Saint Romain (white)
An elegant wine with aromas of pear, peach, citrus, vanilla, and a hint of butter. The wine is full-bodied, round, and oily with a long finish. SERVING SUGGESTION: Excellent with seafood, sushi, ceviche, or salmon tartare.
The village of Saint-Romain is located next to Auxey-Duresses. The vineyards are situated quite high and steep, facing south-southeast, beneath the famous cliffs. The soil consists of limestone with some clay veins.
VINIFICATION: The hand-harvested grapes are pressed and fermented in oak barrels, one-third of which are new. The wine then matures on its lees for another 15 months before bottling.
- Chassagne Montrachet Blanc Louis Jadot (white)
With robust fruit aromas, buttery notes, and smokiness, it's a wonderful accompaniment to poultry liver dishes, fish dishes in creamy sauces, refined charcuterie, and flavorful white meat preparations. And it will continue to do so for at least the next eight to twelve years, as more mature impressions will delight the palates of true wine lovers.
- Beaurempart Grand Reserve Rouge
A deep, ruby-red wine with an elegant bouquet of blackcurrants, plums, green peppers, and subtle notes of vanilla and toffee. The palate is generous and juicy, and the finish is velvety smooth.
- Domaine Paul Prieur Sancerre Blanc .
If you know someone who isn't a wine enthusiast yet, serve this wine with a piece of lightly grilled goat cheese. You can then enjoy a glass of wine with them from now on. Because only after tasting this wine will you know how delicious wine can be. The flavor of this dry, refreshing wine is primarily defined by fruit, both ripe and young. The aroma is sometimes reminiscent of freshly mown grass, and the taste also reveals hints of asparagus and gooseberries. A complex wine indeed. You'll taste many different elements.
- Bourgogne Rouge Couvent des Jacobins Louis Jadot
A refined wine with aromas of cherries, blackberries, and an elegant spiciness. The light oak aging adds a subtle touch of toast and spice. The palate is smooth, lively, and juicy with soft tannins and a refreshing finish.
- Chateau des Jacques Fleurie.
Fleurie is a favorite among many when it comes to Beaujolais. This deep red wine is not called the Queen of Beaujolais for nothing. It has a full, fruity flavor. You taste ripe red fruit, yet the wine retains its freshness.
A delicious wine box full of quality wines from France. If you truly want to enjoy quality or want to give someone a wonderful wine gift.
The price includes VAT and excludes shipping. The wines are delivered in a neat, sturdy white box.
