    • Description

A light pink rosé, infused with refreshing notes of citrus, pear and red berries. The nose is expressive yet subtle, with an elegance that excites. The finish is long lasting, with a hint of spicy notes that linger.

A subtropical climate characterizes the region, with warm summers and relatively mild winters. The soil consists of chalky sand and red clay, strewn with stones, which gives the terroir unique properties. After the grapes briefly retain their skins, they are pressed and the juice fermented in cooled tanks. The wine then rests on the yeast lees for approximately 4 months to further develop and refine its fruity character.

Grapes: This wine is composed of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Vermentino.

      Alcohol: 12.5%

      Origin: France, Provence

      Content: 0.75L

Tip: Enjoy it as an aperitif, with light dishes, barbecue, and of course with all the delicacies of Provencal cuisine.

      Winery: Guillaume & Virginie Philip

The Guillaume & Virginie Philip wine estate is run by Guillaume and his
wife Virginie Philip. In 2007 they made their first wine, the now
coveted MIP rosé. The vineyards are located at the foot of the mountain
Sainte Victoire in the Provencal commune of Puyloubier. The soil around the
domain consists of clay, loam, sand and stones, an ideal composition for the

production of tasty and aromatic rosé wines. The vineyards are
mainly syrah, grenache, cinsault and rolle (vermentino) planted. Each plot
is vinified separately to apply the perfect vinification method for each soil type.
can fit. Due to the warm and dry climate, few diseases occur in the
vineyards and the use of pesticides is therefore hardly
necessary. This nature-friendly approach obviously has a positive effect
on the wines. They are fruity, elegantly spicy, floral and above all
      wonderfully pure.
