The internationally renowned English wine writer Jancis Robinson placed the wines of Hevron Heights Winery very high on her list of Israeli wines.

ISAACS RAM is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, the classic grape from Bordeaux. This grape also benefits from the slow ripening that is possible due to the cool nights and warm days in this area. You smell and taste black currants and other dark berry fruits, cedar wood and spice notes.

The oak of the barrels in which this wine matures provides a hint of vanilla. The taste is very complex, you recognize many different flavors, and the color is intensely deep. Let the wine air for 30-60 minutes before drinking it. The oxygen in the air makes the wine softer in taste.
