CLIMATE & TERROIR: A continental climate with warm summers and cold winters. The soil consists of granite, with a top layer of pebble and sand.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation of the destemmed grapes at low temperature for three to four weeks.

FACT: Brouilly is the largest cru from Beaujolais. The style is usually more elegant than that of wines from the Côte de Brouilly, which come from volcanic slopes.
