    • Description

The beautiful ruby, red-purple colored wine has aromas of red roses and violet and of red and black currants, plums, blackberries and raspberries. On the palate, Scaia Rossa is softly creamy with a balanced juicy freshness and the right amount of tannins. Great to enjoy on its own or as an accompaniment to starters, pasta, risotto, grilled meat, dried sausage and cheese.

This wine is made exclusively from corvina grapes from three to ten year old vines on the fertile limestone and volcanic hills around Colognola ai Colli in the province of Verona. The very carefully picked bunches are destemmed, the grapes are soaked briefly and then pressed very carefully. The beautiful juice therefore already contains beautiful fruit acids and few bitters when fermentation takes place. The subsequent lactic acid fermentation provides the final wine with its silky soft and creamy structure.

      Contents: 750 ML

      Origin: Italy, Verona

      Winery: Tenuta Sant'Antonio

      Alcohol: 13%
