    • Description

A delicious wild wine from Louis Jadot. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, with the must being regularly immersed for three weeks. More than half of the wine matures for 15 to 18 months in oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel. The hand-drawn design on the label reflects the three elements that make this wine so special: the soils, the landscape and the vineyards - climats - of the Côte d'Or

Taste: Fairly deeply colored wine with seductive aromas of cherries and dark berries. The maturation in oak barrels provides a subtle hint of toast and spices. The tannins are fine and elegant and the taste and aftertaste are remarkably juicy.

      Grapes: Pinot Noir

      Origin: France, Burgundy

      Alcohol: 12.5%

Tip: Combines great with: Pheasant, roe deer, pigeon, partridge, guinea fowl, quail, goose, chicken and wild duck. You smell it wild when you open this bottle. A real Burgundian wine that calls for a delicious dinner.
