    • Description

3 top wines in a luxury wooden box with sliding lid. The wines come from the famous winery Gustave Lorentz from Alsace. The package contains a Rielsing, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. All three are organic wines.

      Gustave Lorentz Riesling Evidence Organic

This Rielsing is an expressive, uplifting wine with aromas of lemon, grapefruit, white fruit such as pear and a refined minerality. The taste is elegant, fresh and structured. Like all wines from Gustave Lorentz, this wine is elegant and fresh and dry.

Gustave Lorentz Pinot Gris Evidence Organic

Fresh, elegant and aromatic. In the nose you smell peach, pear, lime blossom and acacia. The taste is fresh, fruity and balanced with a refined minerality and a long, slightly salty finish. A fantastic organic Alsace wine from one of the best wineries in this region.

      Gustave Lorentz Gewurztraminer Evidence Organic

Gewürz is translated into Dutch as herbs and that this name was specifically chosen for this wine is no surprise. The wine is known as very aromatic and expressive. It contains a spicy nose with great notes of lychee. It is powerful but elegant, fresh but also fruity.

      About Gustave Lorentz

Gustave Lorentz was founded in 1836, but the wine history of the Lorentz family goes back to the mid-17th century. Jean-Georges Lorentz, blacksmith and winegrower, was the first family member to settle in Bergheim in the heart of Alsace in 1748. “One family, one village and seven generations of winegrowers” is today the slogan of the Gustave Lorentz winery.

Georges Lorentz has been in charge since 1995 and the eighth generation - his three daughters - is preparing to join the company. Gustave Lorentz owns a total of 33 hectares of vineyards on the hillsides around Bergheim. Of the 33 hectares, slightly less than half is classified as Grand Cru. Since taking over, Georges has implemented a considerable number of modern insights. For example, the focus is not only on quality but also on balance, purity, personality and drinkability. Sustainability is of crucial importance to Georges. Since 2012, all of his own vineyards have been certified organic by EcoCert.
